Is the number of points accumulated taken into account?
The number of points obtained with the stakes is taken into account, not the number of points accumulated at any given time. That is, we don’t check how many points your account has accumulated at any given time, but the number of points you have earned with your wages during the last month. You can spend the points you earned freely.
Do promo points count to reach higher levels?
No.
In what period of time do I have to get the points to change category?
To reach a higher level you need to get the points in90 days. To be downgraded to a lower level, a year has to go by
Do points date?
Yes. Unused points date one year after they were obtained.
