Frequently asked questions

Is the number of accumulated points taken into account?

The number of points earned with the game deployment is taken into account, not the number of points accumulated at any given time. In other words, we do not check how many points the account has accumulated at a given moment, but the number of points that have been earned with your game during the last month. You don’t have to try to accumulate 500, 2,000, 10,000 or 50,000 in the account. You can spend them. We will take them into account even if they are no longer in your account.

Are promotional points added up to change category?

No. The gift points (promotional points) you get (when you upgrade, on your birthday, etc.) will not count towards upgrading. Only the coin in points you get from your game (coin in).

What is coin in?

It is the total amount of credits you play in a machine. For example, if you introduce 10 euros in a machine, it will give you money back in prizes that you can withdraw or continue playing. If you decide to continue playing, you will get points both for the 10 euros you have introduced in the machine and for all those you have replayed.

 

In what period of time do I have to get the points to change category?

➔ Level Upgrade.
The level upgrade is performed automatically, provided that the client meets the established criteria. This process occurs upon reaching the threshold corresponding to the level in question. The calculation is based on the client’s accumulated play during the last 90 days; if this accumulated play is equal to or higher than the threshold defined for that level, the client is automatically upgraded.
➔ Downgrading.
The calculation for downgrading is made on two pre-set half-yearly dates: June 30 and December 31 (depending on the club’s configuration), so that the effective date of downgrading will be July 1 and January 1. For this purpose, the customer’s accumulated play over the last six months is recalculated and compared with the threshold defined in the club levels adapted to the 6 months.
As indicated, for upgrades, the required basis points must be accumulated over 90 moving days.

How are the 90 moving days calculated?

The starting point is always “today”, i.e. the day on which the customer is in the Casino using the card and accumulating points. Therefore, in order to make the calculation, the points earned on the day of consultation and the previous 89 days (in total, 90 days) are added up.

In other words, if a customer comes on July 29 and wants to know how many points he/she has left to upgrade, the system will indicate the points accumulated in the 89 days prior to that date.

If he comes back on August 15 and consults again, the system will show him the sum of the points obtained in the 89 days prior to August 15.

The points per category and per quarter are as follows:

  1. Emerald Climb: 1,731 points.
  2. Upgrade to Ruby: 5,784 points
  3. Sapphire Upgrade: 23,076 points
  4. Upgrade to Diamond: 92,307 points

 

Expiration of points

All points, level and promotional, have an expiration date of 90 days. To calculate the points to expire, the system automatically operates as follows: from the points generated, the points consumed during the 90-day period are subtracted, and the points differential expires at the beginning of the following month. These points that will expire soon if the customer does not play them are called hot points.
In addition to rewarding its customers, Winner Club is sensitive to society and allocates a financial contribution to support social initiatives in the countries where it operates.
